Although we do NOT support elephant riding and much rather recommend seeing elephants in a NON-working environment and in their natural habitat.
Bare-back riding, without a saddle is much more ethical. This is the only venue we recommend that offers riding.
We are aware of plans for an external organisation to work closely with Patara in the near future to encourage a non riding venue.
